This home is one side of a duplex with a private entrance and no shared interior spaces. While there is an adjoining wall, the units are well insulated and noise is minimal. The garage is not accessible; however, one dedicated driveway parking space is provided. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and pet-free property. Parties and events are not permitted. A minimum $300 fee may apply for violations of house rules, including unauthorized pets, smoking, excessive mess, overstaying checkout, or gatherings that disturb neighbors.

Please be mindful of your noise levels. • Do not move the furniture around without prior approval. • Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them quickly • No illegal activity of any kind is permitted. • Do not tamper with security smoke detectors, or internet equipment. • Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. • Use coasters and placemats to protect tables and countertops. • Turn off the thermostat when leaving the property. • No pets of any kind allowed. • No Parties or events allowed. • A minimum fee of $300.00 may be assessed for property damaged or excessively dirty towels, ruined linens/towels, excessive mess, smoke smell, excessive garbage and strong odors.
